LifeCare Adult Day Services

We assist those who care for a loved one by providing adult day services. Our program allows your loved one to remain independent while receiving the care that is needed in a stimulating, therapeutic environment.

We provide Personal Care

• Goal-oriented care plans developed by our staff with input from you and your doctor
• Continuous health and medication monitoring as an integral part of our program
• Dementia specific activities are offered

Meals

• A hot, healthy noon meal is offered, which provides one-third of the recommended daily allowance, through the Meals on Wheels program.
• Members may elect to bring a lunch from home. Our facility has all the necessary kitchen appliances.
• Morning and afternoon snacks are also provided.
